This letter is a testimonial in regards to Marvin Windows and the customer service that we have received from Jeff Tessier and Craig Patchin.
We are extremely happy with our windows that have been installed over a year ago in our new home. The windows are not only beautiful but are very functional and easy to use. We are very happy with the quality.
During the installation of our windows and doors we did encounter a few problems that were handled in a timely manner and with professionalism.
A different door was delivered than what was ordered and a couple screens were damaged during shipment. We also needed some trim pieces for the windows. Jeff Tessier handled all these issues with speed and in a courteous manner and there was no inconvenience to us or to the progress of our building project. He has answered all our questions and concerns and it has been a pleasure to work with him.
We also had contacted Craig Patchin on a Sunday with some questions and concerns. We were very pleased that he didn't mind us bothering him on a Sunday during his personal time off. He answered all our questions. It was very reassuring and impressive to us that we could contact a representative at any time and receive such customer service, especially when the only time we could contact anyone is when we arrived home from work after 6:00pm or on the weekend.
We are very pleased to have Marvin Windows in our home and to have had the experience to work with Jeff Tessier and Craig Patchin.
